The Company is a licensed agent by The Ministry of Tourism for the ‘Malaysia My Second Home’ programme (License No: KPL/LN: MM2H 0064). MMY Services (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. is located at Petaling Jaya, in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. The management team comprises experienced professionals who are committed to serve and provide services able to meet the expectation of each application for the programme. Management Team Mr. Richard Tan - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Richard Tan is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (CFP). His range of services include investment planning, risk management and retirement planning. Mr. Richard Tan is also a practicing Chartered Accountant and Corporate Consultant. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and a member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation. He has more than 20 years of working experience in the service industry, assisting businessmen from overseas to re-locate their businesses to Malaysia and providing tax and corporate advisory services. Mr. Lee Hooi Seng - Corporate Advisor Mr. Lee qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ireland in 1988 and obtained his Certified Financial Planner certification in 2002. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation and a certified member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia. He is a Partner of LLTC, a Chartered Accountant Firm. Prior to this, Mr. Lee served in an international accountants firm for more than 9 years, both overseas and in Malaysia. His last position was that of a Manager. He has vast experience in audit, tax consultancy, corporate planning, computerized systems, secretarial, financial planning and etc. He is currently a National Council Member in the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (“ACCCIM”). He speaks regularly in public forums on government incentives, bank facilities, Government’s Annual Budgets, tax planning etc. He has appeared live on Astro, speaking and handling questions from viewers on the Government’s Annual Budgets. Mr. Arthur Tan – Public Relation Mr. Arthur Tan graduated from a university in UK in the 1970s. He worked in England for more than twenty years before coming back to Malaysia. He liaises closely with businessmen who wish to invest in UK and Malaysia. Ms. Tania Lim – Marketing Coordinator Ms. Tania is the Marketing Coordinator for the MM2H applicants and is assisted by Ms. Denise.
